  2. If you are using the Trial version of Call Levels, go to your Profile and tap “Sign Up to set more levels”.
  3. Verify your account via email to get 5 FREE call levels.

  3. Select your preferred channel to share the active level – via Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Whatsapp, email or by copying the active asset’s Call Levels link.

Q. What is the Broadcast List and how do I use it?

  1. Broadcast List is a function to notify your contacts once your Call Level is hit.
  2. Your Broadcast List contacts will receive email notifications for every Call Level that you are actively tracking that has been hit.
  3. Once you’ve added a contact to your Broadcast list, they will need to accept the notification request via email, before they can receive email notifications when the your Call Level has hit.

Steps to Add Contacts to your Broadcast List

  1. In your Profile, tap “View Contacts” to add contact’s name and email address manually

Q. How is sharing a level different than broadcasting a level?

  1. Sharing a level lets your contact know what asset you are tracking and the price at which you are tracking the asset at. You are sharing the information before your active call level HITS. They will also be notified when your level hits if they have Call Levels installed.
  2. You can share your active levels with as many contacts as you’d like.
  3. Broadcasting lets your contacts know that your active level has HIT! It lets your contacts know that your asset has reached the target price you set. Your contacts will then receive an email notification with the asset you were tracking and the price at which it was set and HIT.

As a Registered user, you can set a Broadcast List of 10 contacts.

As a Call Levels Plus user, you can set a Broadcast List of 100 contacts

Q. What is the CC List and how do I use it?

CC List is a function to notify your contacts (max. 10 contacts) once your Call Level is hit.

Your CC List contacts will receive email notifications for every Call Level that you are actively tracking that has been hit.

Once you’ve added a contact to your CC list, they will need to accept the notification request via email, before they can receive email notifications when the your Call Level has hit

  1. Go to Settings by accessing the hidden menu from the top left.
  2. Click on CC List2
  3. Tap “+ Button” on the top right to add contact’s name and email address individually
