How do I register to get 5 FREE levels?
  • Simply create an account with your Facebook, Google+ account, or email address.
  • Call Levels will send you a verification email to confirm your identity. Simply click on “Verify” and your account will be instantly updated with 5 call levels! Contact us at feedback@call-levels.com if this is not reflected in your account.
How do I subscribe to Call Levels Plus?
  • To subscribe to Call Levels Plus, you would first need to have a registered account. Follow the steps in Question 1 to register.
  • In your Profile, tap on “Go Plus” to view available pricing plans in your own currency.
  • Select the monthly or annual subscription plan and iTunes or Google Play will process the subscription for you
  • After subscribing you should see your Call Levels quota increase to 30. Contact us at plus@call-levels.com if this is not reflected in your account.
How do I cancel my Call Levels Plus subscription?

As your subscription is handled through iTunes for iOS and Google Play for Android devices, please see Apple’s and Google’s respective instructions for cancelling. Contact us at plus@call-levels.com if you encounter any issues.

What happens when I cancel my Call Levels Plus subscription?

If you cancel your Call Levels Plus subscription, your Call levels account will revert back to the Free service at the end of your current billing cycle. Your quota for call levels will be reset to 5 and you will only be able to set more levels once you have less than 5 active levels left.

What happens to my Active Levels once my subscription is over?
  • Take note that Call Levels Plus subscriptions renew automatically.
  • After your subscription ends, Call Levels will continue to monitor all your active assets that were set before the subscription period ended.
  • When your subscription ends, your quota for call levels will be reset to 5.
  • For example, if you had 25 active levels (out of your quota of 30), all the 25 active levels will still be monitored, and you will only be able to set more levels once you have less than 5 active levels left.
I am a Call Levels user with more than 10 levels. What will happen to my quota if I subscribe to Plus and subsequently cancel?
  • Take note that Call Levels Plus subscriptions renew automatically.
  • After your subscription ends, Call Levels will continue to monitor all your active assets that were set before the subscription period ended.
  • When your subscription ends, your quota for call levels will be reset to the number that you had before subscribing to Plus. For example, if you had 15 levels in your quota before subscribing, your levels will revert to 15 after your subscription is over.
  • For example, if you had 35 (out of your quota of 45) active levels when your subscription ended, you will only be able to set more levels once you have less than 15 active levels left.
Why has my Call Levels Plus subscription stopped?

If your Call Levels Plus subscription has unexpectedly reverted back to our Free service, it’s likely there’s been an error with your payment. This is indicated when:

  • Your call levels quota is reverted back to 5
  • You can no longer enable 5-minute reminders for hit call levels

Payment errors can happen when:

  • Your debit/credit card expires.
  • You have insufficient funds available.
  • There’s a connection issue with your bank’s network.
I subscribed to Call Levels Plus, why am I still on a Free account?

Try logging out and back into your account again. It will sync the purchase information between your device and our account system.
